Coaching sessions can be in performed in various settings. This is one of the benefits to coaching that many clients find advantageous to life's busy schedules. Sessions can be in-person, or done by phone or Skype. Each session generally lasts between 45 minutes to an hour.
Sue’s standard structure includes a no-fee initial consultation which can help determine if coaching is the right approach for the client to be pursuing. After each session the client will receive a follow-up email recapping the highlights of the session and outlining the previously agreed upon action plan. Clients can also receive email support between sessions simply by reaching out to Sue via email and will receive a response within 24 hours.
Sue has various coaching package options. Clients can pay by session or receive a package price when buying multiple sessions upfront. Sue will tailor a package determined by her client’s needs.
