About Sue

Visible Path Coaching is owned by Sue Sullivan, CPC. Sue is a graduate of the International Coach Academy (ICA), www.icoachacademy.com, and she is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), www.coachfederation.org.

Sue is dedicated to providing a trusting environment to encourage clients toward actively participating in finding life enhancing solutions to life’s obstacles. As a coach she provides a co-creative and on-going partnership with individuals, or groups to help produce rewarding outcomes. She is committed to assisting clients towards taking the actions needed in finding the solutions that will bring about positive change in an atmosphere which is confidential and non-judgmental.

Sue enjoys working with youth and has been a part of the Big Brothers Big Sisters organization since 2003. Her interest in working with youth has resulted in her joining Youth Coach Global where she holds a position as an Associate Coach. “Youth Coach Global helps kids, teens, and young adults meet with success by making professional life coaching services, programs, and resources available to youth aged 11-21 around the world” (www.youthcoachglobal.com).  Sue provides private one on one coaching sessions to youth, as well as group coaching sessions.

Sue studied business with a major in marketing at Business College. Her career has been in the advertising industry. Sue’s career path veered into the life coaching industry after she filed a Human Rights complaint against her employer for Human Rights violations which were continuous and had gone unaddressed. Filing the complaint has been a valuable life lesson on standing-up to the obstacles that demean an individual’s dignity and quality of life. It is this life experience that has changed her perspective on where her life and career were and motivated her to become a coach and find a more satisfying path for her own life.

Away from work Sue enjoys staying active and keeping physically fit.  Sue is also an avid reader and spends time journaling her thoughts and experiences.  She plans to someday soon turn her journaling into blog form to interact with people that have similar life experiences.

All of life is a journey; which paths we take, what we look back on, and what we look forward to is up to us. We determine our destination, what kind of road we will take to get there, and how happy we are when we get there
